Accu-Vote Optical Scan
When voting on an Optical Scan (OS) Machine the voter will receive a paper ballot and has to fill in the oval, using the pen provided, of the candidate of thier choice. Then the voter slides the ballot into the machine.

 Accu-Vote Touch Screen
When using the Touch Screen(TSX) Machine the voter will recieve a card similar to a debit card that will already have the correct ballot style programmed into the card. Once the card is inserted into the machine it stays. Then the voter will follow the on screen instructions. After the voter casts their ballot, the machine will announce that the vote has been cast. The machine will then eject the blank card.
