How to complete the Voter's Certificate
(Found on the BACK of the Vote-By-Mail Ballot Envelope)

1. PLACE voted Vote-By-Mail ballot into the secrecy sleeve provided.
2. INSERT secrecy sleeve with Vote-By-Mail ballot into envelope
3. SEAL Vote-By-Mail ballot envelope
4. SIGN "Voter's Signature" on the line provided
5. DATE Vote-By-Mail envelope
6. RETURN to the Supervisor of Elections Office no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day
